1. HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Visit our Track Orders page and enter your order number for detailed information on your orders, including order details, shipping information, tracking numbers, and expected delivery dates.

2. HOW TO VIEW MY ORDER HISTORY?

You can view your order history by logging into your POSESHE.COM account by clicking the "Sign In" button on the top right-hand side of the website, or click here to sign in. After you logged in, click on the "My Orders" button under Account in the navigation.

 

3. OTHER GENERAL QUESTIONS ABOUT ORDER.

  • How do I know if I placed an order successfully?

You will receive an email from Poseshe when you place the order successfully, and you will also get an email notification when we ship the item.

  • If there is a problem with my order (the wrong item received or missing), how can I solve it?

You can contact us by email (customer@poseshe.com), and please attach a detailed description of the order error and the order number. If necessary, please attach a photo of the received product.

  • After placing an order, is it possible and how to change or cancel the order?

You can cancel or modify the order only if we haven't processed it after placing the order. You can't operate if the status of the order changes. Please enter the My Orders interface, find the corresponding order in the order history, click the Cancel or Modify button. If the order is canceled, your refund will return to your original payment account.

  • Are there any special attention items for international orders?

For international orders, please visit our international shipping policy page. Due to the COVID-19 situation, the number of countries we ship to is limited and fluctuates. Please confirm whether your country is currently on our international shipping list before placing an order.
